Our yoga teacher training programs are created to fit your schedule, to be accessible, with faculty who love what they do, and are fulfilling their dharma by teaching you our up-leveled Yoga Alliance Yoga Teacher training certification programs we also offer travel training programs to Portugal.

School created by Wendy who has over 2 decades of experience. She went from constant self-criticism in yoga and life, to having more compassion for herself. She understands those who do not fit into a box, or who have been suffering from not feeling like they are enough. Yoga was a big part of this process for her and it is constant!
